Eileen Grimes believes that powerful things happen when humans feel seen, heard, and understood.

After years of living in the “supposed to’s”, coming out the other side of trauma, and writing her own eulogy, Eileen decided it was time to live on purpose. She became a published author, started and hosts a podcast, and found her own light.

As a professional educator, leadership program creator and lead, professional mentor, and intuitive since childhood, Eileen sets up spaces with clients where they find their inner lights and learn to shine them for all to see.
