October ‘25 Virtual Program

What if tending to your creativity could open the door to truly living?

Creativity is not a constant

We live in a culture that glorifies nonstop output, hustle, and visibility.

But within the pauses, blocks, and breakdowns lives the invitation to depth, truth, and artistic freedom.

This journey is for those ready to turn toward their creative process — not to force it, but to be changed by what it reveals.

Whether you’re facing burnout, longing to reconnect with your artistic voice, emerging from a season of stillness, or simply ready to create from a place that feels alive and true… this spiral is for you.

We spend so much time trying to produce - yet the most enduring creative work comes when we honor the full cycle.

This is not a program about making more.

It’s a sacred invitation to befriend your own creative rhythms, to move through fear and resistance, and to create with nothing left unsaid.

Over 6 Months You Will:

  • that keep your creativity stuck.

  • and inner truth.

  • in your art and in your life.

  • from a grounded, integrated place.

  • in ritual, rythym, and symbolic ways.

This is a soulful, cyclical journey through the Spiral Way stages: Descent, Source Memory, Emergence, and Communion. Each stage is aligned with a different facet of the creative process.

We start in October, time TBD based on group preference.

This is Not:

  • A one-size-fits-all productivity bootcamp

  • A replacement for artistic training or therapy

“I created this program because I believe that creativity is not just about making things — it’s about becoming more alive in the process. The Spiral Way invites us to walk beside our creative cycles with reverence, not urgency. Not to conquer blocks, but to discover the art that only we can bring into the world.”

This is your invitation to create like it matters.

To share like it’s alive.

To bring an ending…so a new beginning can emerge.

FAQs

Who is this program for?

This journey is for artists, makers, performers, and visionaries seeking to reconnect with their creative voice, move through blocks, and create from a place of depth, authenticity, and sustainability.

What if I can’t attend live sessions?

For the trust, safety, and intimacy of the group, sessions are not recorded. This allows participants to share openly without concern about being on replay.

While live attendance is strongly encouraged, you’ll still be able to stay engaged through the weekly practices, prompts, and connection in the private community space if you need to miss a session.

How emotionally intense is this program?

Creative work can stir deep emotions, especially when releasing old patterns or facing blocks. The program provides supportive practices to help you navigate these moments and channel them into your process.

Do I need prior experience?

INo professional creative experience is required. This program supports everyone from hobbyists to working artists — the focus is on your relationship with your creative process, not on producing a specific type of work.

Is this therapy?

No.
My programs are educational and experiential. They may be therapeutic in effect, but they are not a replacement for therapy, medical treatment, or crisis care.

How much time will I need each week?

Expect 2–4 hours per week, which includes live sessions (twice per month), personal practices, and optional community engagement.

Will I have to share my art/expression?

Sharing is always optional. This program offers opportunities for sharing in a safe, witnessed space, but you choose your level of participation.
