Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in Meeting Death: A Spiral Journey into Mortality and Meaning (the “Program”), you (“Participant”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • The Program is an educational, experiential, and reflective offering designed for personal growth and spiritual exploration.

  • The Program does not constitute or replace therapy, medical advice, or mental health treatment.

  • You are responsible for your own physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being throughout the duration of the Program.

  • The Program is non-refundable. However, you may request a one-time transfer to a future cohort within 12 months of your original start date.

  • Participation requires emotional maturity, self-responsibility, and the ability to engage with content related to mortality, grief, and impermanence.

  • By enrolling, you affirm that you are not currently in acute psychological crisis, including but not limited to active suicidal ideation, untreated trauma, or unmanaged mental illness.

  • Loved As You Are, LLC reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, harmful to the group, or in violation of these terms.

Refund & Transfer Policy

All purchases are final. Due to the nature of the Program and limited capacity for intimate facilitation:

  • No refunds will be issued after enrollment.

  • You may request to transfer your enrollment to a future cohort of the Meeting Death program within 12 months of your original registration date.

  • Transfers are subject to availability and approval by Loved As You Are, LLC.
